Officer Cadet School. (OCS in short.)

I've had mixed feelings about National Service.
A time comes when every boy of Singapore goes through a period of transformation spanning 2 years, changing them into Men capable of defending our Nation.

I used to think, wtf should we waste 2 farking years going through BMT (Basic Military Training) & NS when we can do so much more with that time? So I decided that I should be a typical Chao recruit and Chao Keng all the way.

Then something struck me. Why the fark for do you wanna waste your 3 farking months at Tekong, going through everything half-fark-ly when you can do your best and put in your best, and try for command school?

3 months + 6 months (for SISPEC) / 9 months (for OCS) out of 2 years of tough times as compared to 2 years of tough times (if you get posted to other units as a half-fark private).

You do the maths.

I will do it. I will get there.

I know it's been a while since I've updated, and I know prolly no one pops by here anymore, but, let's talk about, L O V E.

Some of you know, some of you might have already heard from somewhere else, but ye, lately, something's missing. Didn't come as a surprise, and frankly, doesn't bug me much, but it sets the mind thinking.

It just reconfirms what I've always thought. That there's no such thing.
